PET FOOD AND FISH FEED PRODUCTION TRAINING COURSE
A practical training course for extruded feed, petfood, and aquafeed production teams, built from 12+ years improving extrusion lines in more than 13 countries.
Solve the challenges:
Sound familiar?
If any of these show up on your floor, it's not a staffing issue — it's a knowledge gap. This course closes it.
Small process mistakes compound into big losses — and most operators are never taught why a parameter matters, only what number to set.
You can't be on the floor 24/7. Without a consistent reference, every shift relearns the same lessons the hard way.
Every batch that gets reworked or scrapped is raw material, energy, and machine time you don't get back.
Customers don't see your process — they see the bag that didn't meet spec, and the relationship that gets harder after.
Course content
Four modules, in production order — from receiving to finished product — each one full of real cases, not just theory.
Why listen to me
Everything in this course comes from problems I actually had to solve on the floor — not a textbook. I show you what worked, what failed, and why, across very different products and plants.
About the instructor
I've spent over 12 years inside feed factories — first as a process engineer supporting plants across 13 countries, then running plant operations, then back on the process side in Australia. I've seen the same mistakes happen in different countries, different languages, different products: dog kibble, fish feed, calf milk replacer.
This course is the troubleshooting mindset I built across all of it, condensed into something practical you can apply on your own line — not a generic extrusion theory class.
The math
One scrapped batch, one breakdown, one quality claim costs you far more than $250. This course is built so that doesn't happen on your watch.
Questions
One full year from enrollment, so you can revisit any module whenever a problem comes up on your line.
Yes. All classes are pre-recorded and available on demand — fit it around your shift, not the other way around.
Yes. The course starts from factory fundamentals before moving into extrusion, drying, and coating, so it works whether you're new to the floor or already running it.
